What aspect of the claim are you reviewing? Correlation to the reported mechanism of injury, focus on that. How does the noted pathology and the diagnosis of x interact? Focus on that. Be as specific as possible and ask multiple questions instead of a single broad inquiry. Better results with a rifle then a shotgun.
