Thank you for approaching these issues in a positive way. Another consideration is simply frustration that escalates and ties to everything you have identified. A simple example, the car broke down and typically the injured party would work on themselves, but they can’t due to their injury or they tough through the pain of the injury to work on it and pay the price with pain, because there family needs a car. Ask the questions, care about the person. Who wants a work injury? We have busy lives and we want to get back to our lives, depending on the injury that may take some time and be a challenge.
