					<description><![CDATA[In my opinion compensation to an injured worker will almost always be inadequate without maximum restoration of function and return to gainful employment. Loss of function and employment often creates severe emotional and mental injury in addition to economic loss and must be addressed if an injured worker is to be made “whole”.
I’d prefer naming the program the Injured Worker Recovery and Compensation program and emphasize restoration of physical and mental function. Workers aren’t widgets]]></description>
