I have practiced in the area of workers' compensation for 20+ years. In that time I defended hundreds of claims. My more recent work includes working as a mediator. I have also worked in the area of Medicare Secondary Payer compliance for over 18 years and worked with a diverse group of clients including law firms, service providers, and insurance carriers in preparing Medicare Set-asides, conditional payment resolution, and litigation. I am a frequent national speaker and author for legal publications.
