Introduction to Case Management In Workers’ Compensation
As District Manager of Catastrophic Case Management, Sally Dadich leads a team of Catastrophic Case Managers. She focuses on the management of, recruitment, retention, orientation, training and development of Paradigm's nurse network, including performance improvement and quality assurance projects to support network growth consistent with customer needs and successful outcomes. She is a registered nurse with over 30 years of case management, leadership, training, sales, business development, and customer service experience. Ms. Dadich has clinical experience in clinical informatics, critical care, rehabilitation, medical-surgical, field and telephonic case management, sales, auto liability, and no-fault cases. She has expertise in information technology and electronic medical record management including workflow design and implementation, and education to providers for multiple hospital systems. In addition, Ms. Dadich understands workers’ compensation and the operations and responsibilities of provider offices, hospitals, home care, DME, discharge planning, and the insurance industry.

Ms. Dadich is a certified case manager, holds an advanced certification in claims management in workers’ compensation, and is a Workers’ Compensation Case Manager (WCCM) Rehabilitation Service Provider with the state of Maryland. She holds bachelor's degrees in both nursing and business management from D’Youville College (now University) and a master’s degree in nursing education from Capella University. She has been an adjunct faculty member for CLM College for the past 6 years and a CLM Fellow since 2014. She has served as a professor for multiple higher educational universities, teaching Community and Public Health, Anatomy and Physiology, and Medication Administration and Management to senior-level nursing students completing their bachelor’s degrees.

Ms. Dadich serves her community as the President of the American Legion Auxiliary and as the Secretary and Member Chair for the American Legion Riders, in Dallastown, PA. She is an active board member of the York County Veteran’s Outreach program and has an active role on the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Committee at Paradigm. She is heavily involved in Veteran and Community fundraisers and endeavors. Prior to joining Paradigm, Ms. Dadich founded and managed her own case management consulting firm, as well as, assisted in running her family’s business.
