State-Specific Training & Resource Module Program – The core of understanding workers’ compensation is knowing specific claim, legal, and ethics requirements of the jurisdiction(s) in which you work. The State-Specific Module system provides online courses and other useful content for each state that covers these essential topics. They are being produced with jurisdictional experts serving as strategic partners to WorkCompCollege.com. A Certificate of Completion is available upon successful completion of the courses, offering credit towards WRP recertification, and for submission to other associations and educational entities. The fee includes a full one year access to the module(s).

More than just initial training, an annual subscription to these modules also provides ongoing information and support, as most state modules are being equipped with comprehensive “State Resource” areas, which will include useful information such as:

Legal Summary and Link Areas – These extensive databases list AI-Generated searchable summaries and keywords for both workers’ comp laws and regulations, making your research simpler. They also include links to those workers’ compensation statutes and rules.

Useful Websites – A list of important state-specific websites useful to the workers’ compensation community.

More Features Planned – We are looking at ways to make these modules useful day-to-day resources beyond the education systems they include, making your module subscription a greater value for the full year of access.

The classes will be updated annually or as needed based on legislative and regulatory activity. Our goal is to offer a specific training module for all 50 states by the end of 2024.
