The Flat Fee Frontier: Rethinking Legal Services in Workers’ Comp in the World of AI explores a groundbreaking shift in how legal services can be delivered — and funded — in the workers’ compensation arena. As AI accelerates efficiency and reshapes traditional workflows, attorneys are rethinking the billable hour and exploring flat-fee and concierge-style legal models that emphasize value, accessibility, and predictable costs. Our expert attorney guests will unpack the legal, ethical, and practical implications of this evolving approach, including how AI-driven tools may enhance client service, streamline case management, and redefine the attorney-client relationship. Attendees will gain insight into both the promise and the pitfalls of this new frontier — and what it could mean for carriers, employers, and claimants seeking legal clarity in an increasingly complex world.
