Tim Makowske is the Managing Director and Workers’ Compensation Line of Business Leader at FCCI Insurance Group. With more than 18 years of Insurance and Claim experience in workers’ compensation, Tim is a seasoned professional in the many intricacies of multiple jurisdictions. Tim has held various leadership roles with increased responsibilities in both Claims and Clinical Operations for both national and regional carries. He has had the opportunity to lead diverse teams of varying sizes, experience levels, and roles. Tim is passionate about leadership and building strong partnerships to get great claim outcomes and provide an exceptional customer experience.
