Registered Nurse with 30+ years of healthcare and professional experience including workers’ compensation, managed care, public health, utilization review, Medicare, Medicaid, hospital-trauma, surgical, critical care/step-down, telemetry, emergency room, medical-surgical, field, and telephonic catastrophic case management and clinical leadership, clinical recruitment, hospice, home care, marketing, fundraising, business development, leadership, budgeting, strategy, project and product management, forecasting, budgeting, analytics, clinical informatics, team building, business analysis, collaborating with Veterans, start-up programs, and sales and operations experience in Federal, Private, Managed Care Sectors. My leadership style is transformational and collaborative. I believe that leaders are tasked to build more leaders to grow business and provide superior customer service.
