Christina Childs currently serves as SISCO’s Director of Risk Consulting. She joined RCM&D/SISCO in 2009 and specializes in delivering comprehensive risk management programs for her clients. With a decade of experience in the industry, Christina’s expertise and keen analytical sense enables her to understand the complexities of an organization’s risk profile and implement effective solutions to mitigate those risks. In her position, Christina is responsible for overseeing the firm’s risk consulting division. She specializes in producing and implementing client safety marketing programs, evaluating audit technology solutions and overseeing ERM risk heat map technology. Her effective communication skills and attention to detail help her to conduct risk assessment interviews that produce valuable insights used to develop detailed reports and effective risk management recommendations. Regardless of the industry, Christina works with clients to perform expert organizational safety assessments and inspections. These interviews help identify applicable best practices and areas for improvements compared to known standards.
