Faculty Profile

Chuck Brady is the Global Claims Manager at Celanese Corporation, a chemical and plastics manufacturing company headquartered in Irving, Texas.  Chuck is the very definition of “old school,” having handled and/or managed workers’ compensation claims for over 45 years in all 50 states and federal jurisdictions.  Chuck has held claims positions with carriers, self-insured employers, and TPA’s, and managed national programs for several large employers.  He has also served on the board of directors for self-insured associations, state guarantee associations, and employer advocacy groups.  Chuck is passionate about workers’ comp reform around the country and has been active in past efforts in California, Texas, and Alaska.
