South Carolina Workers' Compensation Education and Resource Module
Nick is a litigator focusing his practice in workers’ compensation defense. He has experience representing businesses, insurance companies, captives, third-party administrators and self-insured employers before the Workers’ Compensation Commission, the South Carolina Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of South Carolina. US News' Best Lawyers in America© and South Carolina Super Lawyers© have recognized Nick for his work in workers' compensation law. Nick is an active member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC) and the National Workers’ Compensation Defense Network (NWCDN). He serves on the planning committee for the Annual Medical Conference of the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational Association (SCWCEA) and enjoys being involved in the community and at his church. Nick is a dedicated member of F3 Lake Murray (Fitness, Fellowship, Faith) and recently served as the group leader from 2019-2021.
