James graduated Cum Laude from Michigan State University College of Law in 2006. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan Workers’ Compensation Law Section and the American Bar Association (Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section, Labor and Employment Law Section, Young Lawyers’ Division). Early in his career, James was a law clerk for the Michigan Department of Attorney General, Workers’ Compensation. He is co-author of the CHARFOOS REITER HÉBERT, PC Workers’ Compensation Desk Reference.
