Kristin Green, David Corey Company’s President and Chief Purpose Officer, is a passionate and compassionate leader that brings her 22 years of business development experience to the senior leadership team. As Chief Purpose Officer, Kristin is responsible to entrench DCC’s purpose into each endeavor which the company undertakes and to set the tone and path for the organization both internally and externally. She brings this same passion to the entire workers’ compensation industry. As President, Kristin is responsible for the senior management and business operations, including the Company’s marketing, operations, and sales, as well as the implementation of the Company’s business plan. Kristin is also the Founder and Chief Smile Officer for Bag of Happies – a company she started to send to injured employees and their families during a difficult time. Additionally, she created Soleful Socks, as an item in Bag of Happies to give a donation back to Kids’ Chance of America. Kristin’s mission in the industry is to create a culture of kindness and good humans and advocates for the injured employee to be seen, heard and valued. She does this through writing articles, visiting markets across the country, experiencing in-person site visits for injured employees, and spreading positivity everywhere she goes. Kristin's unique blend of empathy, passion, and purpose makes her a recognized leader in the worker's compensation industry. She wants to make the industry a better place.
