Since joining Juge Napolitano as a law clerk in 1983, Jeff has dedicated his practice to protecting the interests of employers in workers’ compensation matters. He has been one of the firm’s Managing Directors since 1994. He applies his analytical skills to devise unique and winning strategies for overcoming any obstacles in his cases. Recognized as a leader in the field of workers’ compensation, Jeff has entertained at numerous events at the national, state and local levels where he would creatively make his points through humorous skits, movie clips, song and dance, juggling and even balancing chairs on his nose. With tactical and strong defense strategies, he has utilized his problem-solving skills in leadership positions in the industry with the Defense Research Institute, The College of Workers Compensation Lawyers, and The Governor’s Workers’ Compensation Taskforce on Pharmaceuticals, as well as with community groups, such as the Pelican Park Basketball Advisory Council and the local chapter of the Cub Scouts of America.
