Angel Guerra-Chagolla is an accomplished executive leader, educator, and empowerment strategist with 20 years of experience driving impact across corporate, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial sectors. As the CEO and Founder of 3B National Consulting Group, she has led enterprise-level risk, claims, and compliance programs that have returned millions in assets for clients while advancing operational excellence. Angel currently serves as Director of National Accounts & Risk at Frasco Investigative Services, where she designs and delivers high-impact continuing education programs that reach over 25,000 professionals annually. Her work has resulted in measurable growth in client engagement and sales performance, blending strategic insight with a people-first approach. In her role as Business Coach and Educator with the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE), Angel empowers Latina professionals through transformative leadership and entrepreneurship programming. Her expertise in cultural identity, personal branding, and authentic leadership development has made her a sought-after speaker and facilitator for companies and national conferences. Angel is also the founder and Chief Empowerment Officer of Beauty & Beast in Business, a national platform focused on cultivating confident, conscious leaders through storytelling, training, and advocacy focused on Businesswomen’s experiences and needs. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Executive Management at the Claremont Graduate University- Drucker School of Management and holds a Master of Business Leadership.
