Traci Hayes Pendarvis has more than 20 years of experience working in Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance and on workers’ compensation MSA strategy and a well-respected MSP educator. Prior to her work at Sanderson Firm, Traci worked with large MSP compliance vendors to develop defensible allocations, strengthen Section 111 reporting processes, and improve MSA submission outcomes. Traci has served in quality and training manager roles where she structured onboarding programs, built compliance-driven curricula, and implemented quality assurance standards to enhance product accuracy and ensure defensibility. She is passionate about translating complex regulatory guidance into practical instructions to empower claims and compliance professionals. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with family and gardening.
