Steve Figliuolo is a graduate from Stetson University in DeLand, FL, and has been working in the insurance industry for more than eighteen years. Steve started his career working for Sedgwick CMS as a Claims Examiner in their IAP program, handling workers compensation claims for various employers. Steve quickly rose through the ranks and became a senior claims examiner, where he handled large losses and high litigation claims. Steve joined the team at RSight Investigations in 2008 as an Account Executive where he focused on the needs of his many customers – ranging from surveillance to fraud investigations, to field work, and sales. Steve also presented multiple CEU classes as he became a certified teacher in multiple states throughout the Southeast. Steve returned to Sedgwick in 2011 where he was a Claims Team Lead over a team of eight examiners on a dedicated unit for workers compensation claims. Steve was responsible for the oversight of eleven different jurisdictions in the Southeast. In 2015 Steve took on the Client Performance Manager role at Sedgwick for Chick-fil-A. In this role he was responsible for the performance of the Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Auto Liability programs for Chick-fil-A. Steve would frequently conduct claim reviews, and present in the annual stewardship meetings with Chick-fil-A, their insurance carriers, and broker. In 2017 Steve joined Chick-fil-A directly, and is currently the Principal Program Lead of claims, responsible for the oversight of all casualty line claims, property claims, as well as additional coverages for Chick-fil-A. He has earned his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Associate in Risk Management, and Associate in Claims designations from The Institutes Risk & Insurance, and is currently pursuing a Masters of Juris degree from Florida State University.
