Diana L. Wann is Counsel in the Administrative practice group, focusing primarily on state workers' compensation. She practices out of the Firm’s office in Evansville, Indiana. Diana’s practice centers on workers’ compensation defense. She is dedicated to her practice – taking the time to sit down with her clients and listen to their needs, in order to help them resolve the problems associated with their individual cases. This process helps her clients work out the larger issues that impact their businesses as they relate to workers’ compensation. Diana has been named in The Best Lawyers in America©, is AV Preeminent rated, has been named an Indiana Super Lawyer®, and was named 2014 Lawyer of the Year for Workers' Compensation Law in the Indianapolis Metro Area. For all these reasons and more, Diana is a valued member of the Jackson Kelly team. Outside the office, she loves to cook and enjoys sitting down with a good book, preferably about western U.S. history. Diana is also a self-described foodie who is always on the lookout for her next fabulous meal.
