Susan R. Daniels, AIC (1996) is President of Northern Adjusters, Inc. and has been part of the organization since 1993. She is a claims adjuster with 30 years of adjusting and 25 years of management experience in worker’s compensation claims; frequent guest speaker on Alaska worker’s compensation claims handling and cost containment. She received her B.S. in Health Care Administration from Oregon State University with a Certificate in Gerontology. She has held leadership positions in the Alaska Adjusters Association, Worker’s Compensation Committee of Alaska (WCCA), Affiliated Adjusters, Inc., National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters (NAIIA) and Kids’ Chance of Alaska.
