Minnesota Workers' Compensation Education and Resource Module
Brian joined Heacox, Hartman, Koshmrl, Cosgriff, Johnson, Lane & Feenstra, P.A. in August 2021 as an associate attorney defending employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation claims. He was promoted to shareholder on July 1, 2023. Prior to joining Heacox Hartman, Brian practiced workers’ compensation law for over two years with another regional insurance defense firm. Since his admission to the Minnesota Bar in 2013, Brian has also clerked for a district court judge, worked for the state legislature, and represented clients in district court civil litigation matters throughout Minnesota. Outside of work, Brian enjoys reading, running, spending time with family, and watching Minnesota sports teams, particularly the Vikings.
