Joseph is a shareholder with Heacox, Hartman, Koshmrl, Cosgriff, Johnson, Lane & Feenstra, P.A. He joined the firm as an associate in March of 2007. Joseph practices in the area of workers’ compensation defending employers and insurers. He is a Certified Medicare Secondary Payer Professional and has experience resolving Medicare issues, including submitting proposed Medicare Set-Aside Arrangements to the Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and clarifying past conditional payments issued by Medicare. Prior to joining Heacox, Hartman, Koshmrl, Cosgriff & Johnson, P.A., Joseph worked as an Unemployment Law Judge for the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development.
