As director/shareholder with the firm since 1994 and one of the Managing Directors since 1998, Tommy built his reputation early on as being an aggressive and skilled litigator, who has tried many cases to verdict since 1989. He successfully obtained many fraud verdicts resulting in subsequent criminal convictions. No-nonsense, yet practical and pragmatic. While aggressive, he tells his client the good, the bad and the ugly about every case so that the client is fully informed as to the risks involved. He always provides his clients the best possible strategy for resolution and file closure. A strong advocate for early intervention to help clients avoid litigation whenever possible, but to also posture his client’s case for a strong defense when litigation is inevitable. When not practicing law, you will find Tommy enjoying time with family and friends at LSU football games and tailgates, playing golf, or cooking.
