Sandy joined CA Schools Risk Management (CSRM) Claims Team in 2019. She oversees the Claims Department and guides the efforts of claims staff as they advocate for members during the claims adjudication process and support cost containment strategies. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Riverside, a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Redlands, and holds her Self Insurance Certificate from the California Department of Industrial Relations. She is also the creative juice behind https://www.riskfluencer.org/ and many influential, informative, and humorous videos on LinkedIn and TikTok.
