Mr. Bochicchio is the managing partner of R&B’s Pittsburgh office and heads its Pittsburgh workers’ compensation department. Mr. Bochicchio started his legal career at the Allegheny County District Attorney’s office where he tried numerous cases. He has devoted his practice primarily to the area of workers’ compensation litigation since 1990. Mr. Bochicchio is experienced in establishing return to work programs and litigating coverage issues. He frequently consults employers on how to reduce their workers’ compensation liability exposure. Mr. Bochicchio has been named a "Pennsylvania Super Lawyer" by Super Lawyers magazine. He received his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 1987.
