Mr. Kotarek is the head of the Hall & Evans Workers’ Compensation Practice Group, and his practice focuses on workers’ compensation defense. He also defends businesses in employment matters and general civil litigation. He received his BA from Brigham Young University in 1985 and his JD from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1988. His Bar Admissions include Colorado (1992), U.S. District Court, District of Colorado and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit.
