Charity Lawrence’s primary areas of practice are general litigation, including personal injury, asbestos, products liability and workers' compensation litigation. She received her J.D. from West Virginia University College of Law in 2007. Her broad experience in law includes defending employers in workers’ compensation claims related to workplace injuries, occupational disease, occupational pneumoconiosis and hearing loss. Charity was nominated by her peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America for Insurance Law and Product Liability Litigation – Defendants and is the Former Chair, Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia Insurance Law Committee.
