The Injured Worker, the Primary Stakeholder
I became an injured worker and realised that the system was not user friendly towards people who could not understand or were not brave enough to ask questions. I started to advocate for other injured workers and started to learn the processes used by workers compensation system. I realised that the best way forward was to listen to the way everyone spoke in order to understand so that I could help others. I founded Craig's Table in Australia to help injured workers where I work with various industry providers to help them understand the barriers in reality .
