Served on Oregon Workers' Compensation Management Labor Advisory Committee (MLAC) 2000 – 2011, as Management co-chair 2005 - 2011. Legislative Affairs Director - Oregon Self Insurer's Association 2012 – 2016. Appointed Washington Workers Compensation Advisory Committee Member 2014. President of the Washington Self-Insurers Association 2015 – 2019. Recipient of the 2021 Washington Self Insurer’s Evergreen Award. Recipient of the 2017 DJC Women of Vision award. Kids' Chance Oregon Board of Directors Emeritus.
