Ryan Ihrke is the owner of Iowa Specialty Claims Consulting and has over 20 years of experience and knowledge in claims handling, workers' compensation and subrogation. Ryan has worked as a claims adjuster and manager for workers’ compensation claims throughout many states in the Midwest and Texas. Additionally, in this time, Ryan has managed auto and liability claims staff for national programs and spent many years managing a national subrogation unit for all lines of business. Ryan continues to manage a self-funded workers’ compensation program for Iowa’s largest employer, consisting of over 70,000 employees. This background has positioned Ryan to offer expertise with a focus on workers’ compensation claims and subrogation.

Associate in Insurance Services (AIS)
