As Chief Product Officer, Subu is responsible for Plethy’s Product and Business growth strategy, driving portfolio creation, platform evolution, channel relationships. He joined Plethy from Xoriant, where he was President and CTO, chartered with building a solutions oriented enterprise to deliver IP based Solutions and Services, driving the evolution of Xoriant from a product engineering company to a Consultative and Solutions focused company. During his tenure at Xoriant, he drove Digital Transformation at key enterprises through the creation of business centric high ROI solutions centered on IoT, Analytics, Cloud services and security. He also created key Go-To-Market Partnerships with technology providers such as Microsoft and Amazon. As VP/GM of the Software Platforms Group at Cisco, Subu held Product Management and Engineering responsibility for Services Platforms that supported the Cisco’s $10B Services Business including Technical Services, Professional Services, and Managed Services. He also held responsibility for end to end lifecycle management of Cisco’s Installed Base and related analytics. Prior to this role, he led Cisco’s Smart Services Portfolio and grew it to over $4B at 40% annual growth. Prior to Cisco, Subu held a variety of engineering and business management positions at AT&T, including Bell Labs. He played a major role in AT&T’s entry to Internet Services and launched AT&T’s Managed Internet Services for business. He has a PhD in Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley and an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India.
