Kansas Workers' Compensation Education and Resource Module
Kelsy Allison has been practicing law for over ten years. She has been with MVP her entire career. Her practice is focused on representing the interests of employers and carriers in various workers’ compensation matters in Kansas, Missouri, Iowa, and Nebraska. She has successfully argued cases before the Kansas Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board and the Missouri Labor and Industrial Relations Commission. Kelsy often speaks on meditation and attorney wellness. Before joining MVP, Kelsy received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Drury University. While attending Drury University, Kelsy was a member of the women’s soccer team and served as the team captain for three years. Kelsy subsequently obtained her Juris Doctorate from Washburn University School of Law in 2013. In 2013, Kelsy was awarded the Irvine E. Ungerman Award for her work in the Washburn Law Clinic representing indigent clients in various civil matters.
