Fulfillment Policy

All products and services on WorkCompCollege.com are provided online and delivered electronically as outlined below. No physical supplies or shipments are provided.

For online purchases of the following programs, access is granted immediately upon successful payment and completion of the three step enrollment process.

  • Workers’ Recovery Professional Certification (WRP)
  • Workers’ Recovery Professional Associate Certification (WRPA)
  • Medicare Secondary Payer Accreditation (MSPA)
  • Medicare Set-Aside Certified Planner (MSACP)
  • Artificial Intelligence in Workers’ Compensation Certification (AIWC)
  • Any Individual State Module Subscription

For online subscriptions to the Advanced Education and Training Center (ATEC), access is granted immediately upon successful payment and completion of the three step enrollment process. However, it may take up to one business day for successful enrollment to all ATEC areas.

For all corporate and group contracts, services are delivered electronically on the timeline defined within the agreement.

For online purchases: Since all services are electronic in nature and available immediately upon purchase, all sales are final and refunds are not available. However, in the event of a program purchased in error where records indicate the program and its content have not been accessed by the subscriber, a request for refund may be sent to admin@workcompcollege.com, as long as such request comes within three (3) days of the specific purchase.

For all corporate and group contracts, refund policies are defined within the specific agreement.
