The initial rollout includes thirty-six courses selected from WorkCompCollege.com’s eight schools of discipline, addressing both the hard and soft skills required in today’s increasingly complex workers’ compensation environment. Montana State Fund becomes the third member of the American Association of State Compensation Insurance Funds (AASCIF) to partner with WorkCompCollege.com on enterprise-level professional development, reinforcing a growing national trend toward long-term, skills-based talent investment among leading public workers’ compensation carriers.
