This strategic enhancement provides professionals with seamless access to jurisdiction-specific training alongside ATEC’s extensive multidisciplinary curriculum.
The State Education Program now covers 33 jurisdictions, with four states recently added in early 2025:

- Nevada (presented by Hooks Meng Clement)
Each state module is developed and delivered by recognized experts with extensive experience in their respective jurisdictions. This comprehensive approach helps professionals build proficiency in state-specific statutes, regulations, and relevant case law.

Several state modules have already received approval for continuing education credits, including:
- Texas: Six hours of CE credits approved by TDI
- Montana: Five hours of CE credits approved by ERD
- California: Certificate of Completion eligible for CE credits with the state regulatory agency
Additional state CE approvals are anticipated throughout 2025.
