WorkCompCollege.com Integrates Full State Education Program into ATEC Platform

Lakewood Ranch, FL – February 26, 2025: WorkCompCollege.com, a division of Workers’ Compensation Educational Services, LLC, has significantly expanded its Advanced Training & Education Center (ATEC) by fully integrating its comprehensive State Education Program. This strategic enhancement provides professionals with seamless access to jurisdiction-specific training alongside ATEC’s extensive multidisciplinary curriculum.

The State Education Program now covers 33 jurisdictions, with four states recently added in early 2025:

  • Iowa (presented by Likes Meyerson Hatch)
  • Massachusetts (presented by Moriarty & Associates)
  • Minnesota (presented by Heacox Hartman)
  • Nevada (presented by Hooks Meng Clement)

Each state module is developed and delivered by recognized experts with extensive experience in their respective jurisdictions. The curriculum combines instructor-led content with supplementary reading materials and is enhanced by the AI-powered chatbot, Alistair Ienstein. This comprehensive approach helps professionals build proficiency in state-specific statutes, regulations, and relevant case law.

“By incorporating the complete State Education Program into ATEC, we’re creating a truly all-inclusive platform for workers’ compensation professionals who operate across multiple jurisdictions,” said Mark Pew, Provost of WorkCompCollege.com. “This integration reflects our commitment to providing accessible, comprehensive education that adapts to the evolving needs of the industry.”

The enhanced ATEC platform currently features:

  • 33 state-specific educational modules
  • 48 multidisciplinary courses
  • Specialized learning tracks including Mastering Medical Settlements (by Ametros) and Technology Essentials
  • Self-paced, on-demand content available through a convenient $29.95 monthly subscription

Several state modules have already received approval for continuing education credits, including:

  • Texas: Six hours of CE credits approved by TDI
  • Montana: Five hours of CE credits approved by ERD
  • California: Certificate of Completion eligible for CE credits with the state regulatory agency

Additional state CE approvals are anticipated throughout 2025.
