“How To Say No” Complimentary Course Enrollment

The recent murder of the UnitedHealthcare CEO has prompted a great deal of discussion and concern within the workers’ compensation industry. Even legitimate claim denials can generate anger and resentment against those who manage claims and their companies. There are methods that can minimize and mitigate potentially hostile situations generated by a claim denial.

In light of these events, WorkCompCollege.com has elected to offer free access to one of its courses within the Advanced Training & Education Center, “How to Say No.” Taught by Todd Holt, Deputy Executive Director of the Texas State Office of Risk Management (SORM), “How to Say No” provides excellent information that will help comp professionals manage legitimate claim denials while minimizing hostility and potential threats.
