The Psychosocial Landscape of Return to Work
I started as an Intern in 1994 and worked my way up to Vocational Counselor, Intern Trainer/Supervisor, Office Manager and finally Principal at SCA Pacific. While working at SCA Pacific, I furthered my education with a Masters and Post Graduate Certificate in Forensic Vocational, as well as earned several certificates. I provide vocational, ergonomic and activity coaching services to industrially injured workers for the Department of Labor and for Self Insured employers. I also work directly with employers to assist with vocational questions surrounding the American with Disability Act and with ergonomic solutions.
