Lauren Marsh is the Director of Marketing and Administration for Midland Claims Services, Inc. and Industrial Injury Claims®. Lauren has grown up in the industry with her father Michael – her very first paycheck was earned holding the ladder for her dad on a week long hail storm assignment in Broadus Montana. After graduating with Honors from Montana State University – Bozeman, Lauren entered the insurance industry on the production side as a licensed agent where she spent almost 10 years helping small businesses understand, manage, and finance their risks. She is licensed as a Montana Producer and Certified Workers’ Compensation Examiner. In 2021, Lauren joined Midland Claims full time. In her free time, Lauren serves as the co-chair of the board for the Sigma Beta chapter of Chi Omega Fraternity, co-manages a non-profit with her father, and spends as much time as possible outside with her two dogs.
