WorkCompCollege.com’s State-Specific Training Program Continued to Expand in 2023

Lakewood Ranch, FL – WorkCompCollege.com, a division of Workers’ Compensation Educational Services, LLC, continued to build on the September 18, 2023 launch of their State-Specific Training Program through the end of the year. There are now 15 jurisdictions with content provided by experienced experts in each state to explain the regulatory framework and “real world nuance” of the work comp claims process. A single student login may provide access to one, some, or all the states’ educational modules in a consistent pre-recorded format. A maintenance process has been created for the curriculum to be updated as legislative, regulatory, and case law evolves over time with the intent that the content will never be outdated or irrelevant.

“It has been an honor to work alongside so many renowned experts to leverage their experience for the benefit of educating a broad audience,” said Mark Pew, Provost of WorkCompCollege.com. “Each state not only has its own regulations and case law but its own story for how work comp has evolved to serve its unique stakeholders. Our focus was to have as many voices as possible relay those stories, and it was a pleasure to record not just their expertise but their anecdotes, providing an insider’s view not often available to claims professionals.”

More jurisdictions are in-production and will be published monthly as available, with a goal to have all 50 states available by mid-2024.
